Course Overview
Communicating effectively with a variety of people is essential, but this core skill is often neglected. Learning to recognize people’s natural behavioral styles will help you meet priorities by communicating in ways that meet people’s needs and work preferences.
Watermark Learning and TRACOM have come together to offer the Understanding Behavior Using SOCIAL STYLE® course, which is a highly engaging program covering the impact behaviors have on relationships through the use of interactive exercises. It includes TRACOM's multi-rater SOCIAL STYLE Assessment and Profile Report for each learner.

- Learn how to use Versatility when interacting with people of each Style
Versatility Profile and Action Plan
- Receive a profile that describes your Versatility, as seen by your co-workers
- Develop an action plan to work more effectively with your most challenging work relationships
