Course Overview

This is an intensive exam preparation workshop designed as the final step* in preparing a participant to take the Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant Exam. Prior to the start of the workshop, participants will be given a link to a practice Service Cloud Consultant exam to take on their own. Participants will receive their grades and a full report of correct and incorrect answers. During the workshop, the instructor will review each and every practice exam question and discuss why the correct answers are correct, why the incorrect answers are incorrect, key words and concepts to look for in exam questions and strategies for getting the correct answer.
