Course Overview
In this course, students will learn how to create grounded prompts in Prompt Builder, custom agent actions with Agent Builder, and work with Model Builder to create foundational models using hyperparameters. Participants will also configure and utilize the Einstein Trust Layer to use audit AI solutions and ensure they are being delivered safely. Students will also work with Sales AI and Customer Service AI features, including, but not limited to, Sales Summaries, Sales Emails, Service Replies, and Work Summaries.
