Course Overview
This course introduces students to Salesforce Data Cloud and how it can make customer data actionable. During this class, participants will learn the fundamentals of modeling, how to collect and ingest data into Data Cloud and how to harmonize that into the Customer 360 Data Model. They will also be introduced to and configure unified profiles, identity resolution rulesets, match rules, and reconciliation rules. Students will implement data segments and data actions in conjunction with calculated and streaming insights to create personalized data-driven customer experiences.
