Course Overview
This interactive CSM certification course will provide an overview of the Scrum framework and prepare attendees to take on the Scrum Master role. During the course, participants will learn about Agile, the foundation of Scrum, as well as the fundamentals associated with the framework. Upon completion of the course, you will be eligible to sit for the Scrum Master certification exam.

Who Should Attend
This workshop-style class is intended for those practicing or looking to serve as a Scrum Master. Upon completion of the course, you will be eligible to sit for the Scrum Master certification exam. Attendees will also receive a two-year membership in the Scrum Alliance.
Course Objectives
- Apply the principles of Scrum and identify Scrum-appropriate projects
- Understand the various Scrum roles, ceremonies, and artifacts
- Learn how to build and guide an effective Scrum team and communicate throughout all levels of the organization
- Become proficient in writing user stories and using the techniques to prioritize and manage a product backlog
- Acquire the knowledge needed to pass the 50-question CSM test (exam fee included in the cost of this course)
