While our PMI-ACP® course will help you pass the Agile certification exam, our Agile in Action course focuses on applying Agile principles in your every day work, to help you be better prepared to use these concepts to improve project success and efficiency.

This course will focus on critical components of Agile project management and will go beyond PMI-ACP® content by addressing areas most important for project managers to get right. Learners will gain an
