Course Overview

The Introduction to Agentforce course teaches students the basics of Agentforce and the capabilities of many of the pre-built agents that can be deployed. This class will consist of lectures, demonstrations and hands-on exercises. Ideally, participants in this class will have some basic Salesforce Administrator skills such as reports and dashboards, user management, understanding of profiles and permission sets, and Lightning Page management among other basic skills. For those without or with limited administration skills, step by step instructions are provided so that all participants can still benefit from this training. The training focuses on standard Agentforce functionality that can be deployed quickly and easily.
