Course Overview

The Foundations of Salesforce OmniStudio class introduces students to the baseline capabilities of Omnistudio. As time allows it includes hands on walk throughs of prebuilt examples and practical exercises building simple examples of Omnistudio components. Emphasis will be given to accepted best practices regarding naming conventions and solution design.

Individuals with 1 to 5 years experience with Salesforce in the role of Administrator, Business Analyst, Consultant, Delivery Manager, Project or Program Manager or UI / UX Designer
