The Supervisor's Role is one of the most direct and impactful roles in an organization. It requires us to actively listen, remove ego, delegate, manage performance, and work through ever-changing processes. The emphasis is on making the change from being a co-worker to engaging in a position of authority while at the same time maintaining a sense of control and expedience.
