Course Overview

Learn how to administer and secure AI agents in Microsoft 365 with Microsoft Agent 365. This course combines focused instruction with hands-on labs covering agent discovery, identity governance, data protection, and threat monitoring across the Microsoft 365 admin experience.

Who Should Attend

Learners are expected to have working familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration — including the Microsoft 365 admin center, Microsoft Entra basics (users, groups, Conditional Access), and core Microsoft Purview concepts. Prior experience with AI agents is not required. This course is intended for IT professionals responsible for administering Microsoft 365 environments that use AI agents, including:

  • Microsoft 365 administrators
  • Identity and access administrators
  • Security and compliance administrators
  • Cloud and platform administrators expanding into AI governance
