This course provides a practical roadmap for elevating executive presence, strengthening leadership engagement, and building authentic connections with teams and stakeholders through the lens of TRACOM’s SOCIAL STYLE Model™. Participants will learn how to recognize behavioral preferences, balance assertiveness and responsiveness, and increase Versatility to lead with greater confidence and effectiveness across personalities, priorities, and workplace dynamics.

  • Use the SOCIAL STYLE framework to better understand how individuals respond to direction, vision, structure, feedback, and relationship-building
  • Strengthen leadership credibility and influence across Drivers, Expressives, Amiables, and Analyticals
  • Build communication habits that increase engagement, accountability, and team connection

2: Strengthening Your Leadership Voice and Increasing Leadership Adaptability

  • Identify personal SOCIAL STYLE tendencies and leadership communication patterns
  • Understand how communication behaviors influence leadership presence, trust, and credibility
  • Build transparency and trust without over-relying on default leadership habits
  • Strengthen confidence, composure, and authenticity during high-pressure leadership moments
